Max Eichenblatt is an associate attorney at BFW. Max began his career with a prominent trial firm in Central Florida, representing clients in a variety of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Since joining BFW in 2023, he has expanded his practice to include complex commercial litigation while continuing to represent clients affected by life-altering injuries. He has experience handling a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal court.
Max graduated with honors from the University of Florida and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, he was Vice President of the Florida Moot Court Team and won Best Brief award in the Appellate Lawyers Association Competition in Chicago. Max also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Law Clinic where he advocated for children placed in the state dependency system.
Max is admitted to practice in Florida and the District Courts for the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of Florida.
