Joshua Truppman is a Partner at BFW. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, condominium disputes, construction defect cases, and wrongful death cases. He is a seasoned trial attorney who begins every case with a strategic discussion and plan to litigate effectively and with precision. Josh has handled cases from filing through trial and appeal, including litigating multiple jury trials as lead counsel, and arguing appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Third District Court of Appeal and Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Throughout his time as an attorney, Josh has recovered millions of dollars through jury verdicts, summary judgments and favorable settlements in both state and federal court. His clients include large companies, condominium associations and individuals with wide-ranging issues from multi-million-dollar disputes to catastrophic injuries and untimely and avoidable loss of life.
Josh began his career by working as an associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. He then clerked for the Honorable Ursula Ungaro in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Josh is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for Eleventh and Second Circuits, as well as the District Courts for the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida and Northern District of Florida.
